Asset Suspended

What is the cause? The error will display after clicking a suspended asset from the Listed Assets or My Orders page.

Message: "Asset suspended. Unfortunately, this asset has been suspended and removed from the marketplace. Why is this happening?"

How can this be resolved?

As a Provider, if your published Asset has been suspended, please review your asset and ensure it adheres to Acentrik's Terms & Conditions. Thereafter, please re-publish your Asset to list it on the marketplace.

As a Consumer, if your purchased Asset has been suspended, please reach out to our Customer Success Team to connect with the provider.
